Aiming to deliver great quality as well as highly environmentally-friendly solutions, the young firm’s work reflects the inextricable link between high-end and sustainable design, both defined by similar core concepts – importance of provenance, emphasis on durability, love for artisanship, requirement for permanence, interest in innovation and strong local identity, embodying philosophy of traditions, elegance and preservation.

Experienced professional with a solid academic background, strong interpersonal skills and an eclectic personality, Alessandra is a fully qualified Architect, registered in the UK and Italy and graduated ‘Cum Laude’ - Honours Degree - in Architecture from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
Having worked in Australia, Italy and the UK for world-renowned design-led practices, including Foster + Partners and Hassell Studio, on a variety of international high-profile schemes from inception to completion, she holds extensive Team, Design and Project Management expertise.A creative thinker and an extroverted individual, as well as a sharp observer of the latest market trends with a sound knowledge of the Communications and Marketing side of the Design Industry, Alessandra now focuses on both Design and Development for the high-end market. -

He trained as a Building Control Surveyor and fulfilled senior management roles in client consultancy as well as construction companies, including a Design Management position in MACE Group. Through this, he gained an unusually comprehensive knowledge into the lifespan of a building project and now provides technical leadership to the Studio, while successfully running his own South West London based consultancy.A strong promoter of an informed and coordinated approach to design, as a mean to reduce client risks and keep costs within budget, Paul firmly believes that technical expertise and management skills must proceed unanimously.Paul is a sea-lover and fair French speaker, passionate about rehabilitation of old properties, with keen research interests in building pathology, fire safety and red wines.

Yang Hen offers great strenght to the Studio thanks to his passion for all things design, combined with a meticulous attention to detail and great softwares skills.From objects and products through to larger hotels and hospitality schemes, Yang Hen focuses on Interior Architecture projects and is currently supervising works in Tokyo and New York.Yang Hen is an avid Japan lover and a fluent Japanese speaker, with some serious badminton skills.
